1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bb8bet website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with bb8bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 3 Account Registration

To participate in any betting or gaming activity on bb8bet, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process:

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bb8bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your bb8bet account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bb8bet support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• bb8bet will never ask you to disclose your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bb8bet and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that are your own. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, third-party accounts, or payment methods belonging to another individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Deposit Limits: bb8bet reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any account in the interest of responsible gaming. Players may also request voluntary deposit limits via their account settings or by contacting customer support.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bb8bet account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

• Pending Bets: Any withdrawal request submitted while active bets are pending will be held until all pending bets are settled. bb8bet recommends ensuring no active bets are outstanding before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds originating from bonus credits are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus play.
• Right to Delay: bb8bet reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review purposes. The Company will notify the account holder if such a delay is applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bb8bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. bb8bet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Multiple accounts claiming the same promotion constitute bonus abuse.

• Abuse Prevention: bb8bet monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements, coordinated activity across multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional terms through systematic arbitrage. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and related winnings confiscated. Persistent abuse may result in permanent account closure.
• Modification & Withdrawal: bb8bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to the date of modification.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the bb8bet Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bb8bet. bb8bet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds offered were materially incorrect, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation, as evidenced by your bet receipt.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb8bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Opening or operating more than one account on bb8bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by bb8bet.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on bb8bet.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, self-exclusion periods, or account verification requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data compilations, and other material available on the bb8bet Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bb8bet or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

13 Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close a bb8bet account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
